January 2007 Maldives - A bespoke senior leadership and management training programme was delivered for senior officers from the Maldives Police Service. This project was sponsored by the Maldives Police Service and Ministry of Home Affairs in the Maldives. This training programme was followed up by a visit to the Maldives to assess current training capability and to develop a national training strategy for the police service.
September 2007 Maldives – An international policing qualification accredited by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) in policing leadership and management skills was developed. Delivery of this new qualification included a 3 week taught course in the Maldives for 16 followed up by distance learning. This project was sponsored by the Police and the Ministry of Home Affairs in the Maldives.
