September 2010 Omsk – Following a visit to Scotland by a delegation from the Omsk Police Academy the Scottish Police College was delighted to sign a joint Memorandum of Understanding to work jointly with the Omsk Police Academy. This is the first such agreement with a Russian establishment and was followed up by a visit to Omsk by representatives of the Scottish Police College in May 2011.
