Stage 4 – Selection Panel Interview
Selected candidates will be invited to attend Force Headquarters for a Selection Panel Interview. Candidates will be expected to show an in-depth knowledge of the Force to which they apply and the manner in which it is addressing current policing issues. It is further expected that candidates will possess excellent social awareness and be able to coherently justify any opinions they may hold on topical matters. They will again be thoroughly tested on their interpersonal and self-motivational skills.
Immediately following this interview, successful candidates will be advised of a time and date of their Medical Assessment.
Please Note; The Chief Constable reserves the right to reject a candidate at any stage of the application process without giving a reason.
It is essential that if during any part of the recruitment your circumstances change you should notify the Recruitment Team in writing immediately.
