Transferees – Police Officers transferring from other Forces
Please note that due to the current reduction in the recruitment requirements for Lothian and Borders Police, Central Scotland and Tayside Police,
and the high number of applications that have been received,
no further applications will be accepted by these Forces at present.
Any changes to this position will be notified on the appropriate section of the relevant Force Website.
The Shared Recruitment Service will consider applications for Police Constable transfer from officers with at least 3 years service currently serving with other recognised U.K. Police Forces.
Successful transferees will not be eligible to apply for promoted or specialist posts until after completion of one year's service.
